On October 15, 2008, having met the requirements of Pearson VUE, the college received a congratulatory email from Mr. Kedia stating that the application has been cleared and that the specified security devices have been shipped. These were received by the office on October 21, 2008 together with the manuals on policies and procedures.

The College is now in the process of setting up the Test Site and training of the Test Administrator.

Holy Angel University is the only authorized Pearson VUE Test Center in the North Luzon area and will be ready to serve all takers by the first week of December.
