Bistro

A modern bar situated on the second floor of San Francisco de Javier building. It is use by HRM and Culinary Arts students with Bar and Beverage Management subjects.It caters to special functions to HAU Special Guests and Administrators. And it is used by students for their culminating activities.

Casa Nena

The Casa Nena serves as function hall for certain college and university activities. This hall is good for holding conferences and meetings.

Kitchen Laboratory

This kitchen laboratory is located beside Casa Nena. This is where the HRM students do their cooking activities for classroom and other school occasions. It is equipped with cooking equipment and refrigeration facilities.

Hotel Rooms

Newly refurbished single and double rooms, situated on the second floor of the St. Therese Liseux building. Used by HRM students in their Housekeeping Services subject. The hotel rooms are open to guest lecturers or instructors.

Inter Travel Agency Office

It is located on the ground floor of the St. Therese Liseux building. Used as travel office for students taking up Travel Services. This will be a practicum venue for the tourism students undergoing in-house practicum. It will cater to the University’s familiarization tours and international tours as well.

Café Juan

In order to prepare students for their practicum in various food establishments outside the University, Holy Angel University came up with a coffee shop named Café Juan which was formally opened in 2003. The in-house training allows students to experience how to work in a food establishment and can therefore understand or connect the flow of restaurant operations. This is also a good venue for students to hone their skills not only in the kitchen and dining area but also their managerial skills as well.
