Mission Statement
The mission of the College of Engineering and Architecture is to :
- provide quality engineering education by developing well-rounded individuals equipped with knowledge and skills that will lead in the promotion of Christian values and professional ethics
- produce competent engineers that will contribute to the advancement of technology and the improvement of life
- instill awareness and commitment to the preservation of the environment for the benefit of the future generation.
Objectives
The College of Engineering and Architecture , in line with University tradition of contributing towards the formation of competent Christian professionals, is committed to the pursuit of academic excellence in engineering education as it aims to achieve the following objectives:
- To provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills in the technical and social disciplines so that they may develop a sound perspective for competent engineering practice;
- To inculcate in the students the values and discipline necessary in developing them into socially responsible and globally competitive professionals;
- To promote through its curricular offerings and research undertakings, the development of a sustainable environment and the improvement of the quality of life;
- To instill in the students a sense of social commitment through involvement in meaningful community projects and services.
- To make a definite contribution to the advancement of knowledge and technology that is beneficial to a dynamic world.
