Dr. Ruby P. Henson was elected as member of the Executive Committee of the National Research Council of the Philippines.
Engr. Rene S. Arcilla, a CE part-time faculty, was elected one of the members of the Board of Directors of Philippine Institute Of Civil Engineers (PICE), Angeles City Chapter, for the year 2009.
HAU is 2nd Place in the October 2008 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination.
Holy Angel University garnered the highest vote for Luzon Area in the recent National Convention and General Membership Meeting of the Philippine Association for Technological Education (PATE), Inc. which was held last September 19 & 20 , 2008 at the Philippine Columbian Association, Plaza Dilao in Paco, Manila.
HAU Electrical Engineering students were declared champion in the Regional Math Wizard during the 12th Regional Student Congress which was held at Holy Angel University last September 11, 2008. The same group of students represented the Region in the National Math Wizard Contest held at Central Colleges of the Philippines on November 7, 2008 and placed 4th out of the 18 school-participants.
ECE students placed 3rd in the ECE Quizzard 2008 held at Tarlac State University on October 22, 2008.
