CENTER OF DEVELOPMENT IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

HAU College of Business and Accountancy(CBA) is proud to announce its recognition as a CENTER OF DEVELOPMENT IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (Valid For School Years 2007-2010) for exhibiting potential in providing quality instruction, research and extension services in Business Administration Education.

Holy Angel University, College of Business and Accountancy has been hailed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as Center of Development (COD) in Business Administration, during the awarding rites on December 7, 2007, held at the Crown Regency Hotel in Makati City. The school was represented by its President, Dr. Arlyn S. Villanueva, who accepted the COD marker for the school. The Vice President for Academic Affairs Edna Marriza C. Santos and the Business Management Chairperson Flor Mangalino also attended the awarding ceremonies. As a COD in Business Administration, HAU is expected to take the lead in strengthening the programs of other non-CODs in the region. It will have to establish linkages with COEs and CODs in the same discipline, as well as undertake any and all activities necessary to further improve their capability to deliver quality business and management programs, and undertake research activities in the field, with a view to itself eventually becoming a Center of Excellence (COE). Therefore, the school must strive now to become a COE in Business Administration in the next batch of CHED COE/COD project.
