Our university has seven (7) colleges: College of Arts, Sciences and Education (CASEd), College of Business and Accountancy (CBA), College of Hospitality Management (CHM), College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA), College of Information and Communications Technology (CICT), College of Nursing (CON) and College of Criminal Justice Education and Forensics (CCJEF). Our High School Department is unique in that it better prepares students in specific career tracks that would suit them in college, namely Science and Mathematics, Information and Communications Technology, Liberal Arts, Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship, while our Elementary Laboratory School is designed to be the cradle of innovative ideas and practices of teaching in the field of basic education. And true to its identity as the apex of the academic hierarchy, the Graduate School serves as the training ground of leaders who strike the proper balance between theory and practice in various disciplines.

We are one of the few best-performing schools in the country which were granted full autonomy by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). We are a Center of Development (COD) in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management (the first in the country), Information Technology, Teacher Education, Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering. Most of our programs are accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU), and our business and business-related programs in college and in the master’s level enjoy international accreditation by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).
